01Problem

Business registration and compliance in India is a paperwork maze most first-time founders navigate badly, once, and never want to think about again.

02Context

The startup had real compliance expertise but no product to put it in front of people. The opportunity was to turn that knowledge into something that felt less like a filing office and more like software.

03Discovery

The positioning was set early — before a single screen was designed — which made every later product decision faster and sharper.

04Hypothesis

A premium, software-grade interface with clear lead capture would convert better for a compliance service than the document-heavy, form-first sites competitors default to.

05Solution

A website built iteratively in Antigravity on a Supabase backend: a premium compliance-focused UI, a mega menu that maps the full range of filing services, Supabase-backed lead capture, and a direct WhatsApp redirect so a warm lead never has to wait for an email reply.

06Product Thinking

Compliance is a trust business before it's a features business — the product decisions that mattered most were about looking credible fast and getting a human into the conversation quickly, not about adding more self-serve steps.

07Execution

Shipped iteratively rather than as one big launch — the site, lead flow, and WhatsApp handoff were each built and refined in passes using Antigravity paired with Supabase for the data layer.

08Outcome

Live and operating, with the website serving as the primary conversion surface — compliance expertise treated as a differentiator rather than a generic service listing.

09Learnings

Positioning done early made every later design decision faster — teams that skip that step end up re-litigating 'what are we' inside every design review.
